Synchrocoat Machine for Applying Effects to Leather

The SYNCHROCOAT is a machine for applying “thousand-dot” effects and designs on large whole hides. Unlike the competition, the SYNCHROCOAT is only manufactured with a winch-type roller change. This very important choice was made because this system allows the transmission motor to be connected to the operator roller via two gears with front teeth, which eliminates any play between the parts. This system ensures the design is transferred onto the hides with maximum precision.
The SYNCHROCOAT is a roller machine designed for two-tone effects on finished furniture and interior leather.
The machine is equipped with a winch with 5 or more positions. The operator roller can be of various types depending on the processing:

Inverted pyramid of various sizes for applying oils, waxes on grain, or aroma or a fixative to stop the fiber from the flesh side.
Engraved rollers for cloudy effects, aged looks, imitation of grains like faux flowers, exotic animals, etc.

Main features

Spreading carpets: primarily consisting of two washable material belts, where the leather is placed and transported to the color roller inlet. These belts are synchronized with the machine's conveyor belt speed, and this synchronization can be adjusted as needed to facilitate leather spreading. The frame of the spreading carpets, mounted on wheels, is automatically locked to the machine frame via a pneumatic system to ensure perfect alignment and eliminate possible vibrations.

The SYNCHROCOAT offers the possibility of using helical rollers like "HS" for reverse finishing applications on soft hides or "HSS" for fillers and base coats.
Diaphragm color pump with corresponding distributors mounted on the doctor blade group.
Automatic roller washing system using water and compressed air jets.
The doctor blade group with pneumatic opening and closing is anchored to the color roller support and can also be manually positioned, if necessary, to vary the contact angle between the doctor blade and the color roller.
The washing tank, equipped with water jets and a horsehair brush for constant cleaning of the contrast rubber roller, can be pneumatically opened for quick brush cleaning.
Adjustable pressure rubber scraper installed on the contrast roller to vary surface moisture.
Scraper and collection tray installed inside the conveyor belt for cleaning.
Hide detachment device positioned at the end of the conveyor belt, with automatic opening in case of hide jamming.
POD (Peel Off Device), an extractor belt that removes the hide from the contrast roller and transfers it to the next belt.
Electronic control of the color roller and contrast roller speeds, with digital display.
Computerized function management: performed by a PLC and programmable alphanumeric display (touch-screen).
Display of digital thickness with hundredth resolution. The working thickness can be independently adjusted to the right and left.
Color recirculation trays and fixed splash guard tank entirely in stainless steel.
Floor rails for the movement of spreading carpets.
