Reducing impact, building the future: our commitment to sustainability

In 2025, our company will reach the great milestone of 60 years in business and to keep it up to date we try to renew and improve it constantly.

We have recently completed the expansion of our Arzignano office so that we can work more comfortably and safely in a well-equipped environment, but we haven’t stopped there.

At our Arzignano factory, in addition to the expansion, we have invested around €500,000 to reduce our environmental impact. Work was carried out on: lighting, windows and doors, heating, and rainwater harvesting. In particular, we have replaced all the gas boilers with heat pumps and installed two water collection tanks, one for the fire-fighting system and the other for high-pressure washing of parts and machinery.

We subsequently invested further in the installation of a solar power system, which was recently inaugurated and will meet around 90% of our energy needs.

At the Gambellara plant, we have eliminated the use of coal for forging, interventions have been carried out to improve the electrical system, and the smoke extraction system has been redesigned. Most recently, we have purchased a latest-generation machine tool to enable us to be even more self-sufficient in the production of our components.

There have been many changes over the last three years, but we are convinced that this is the only way to secure the company’s future whilst reducing its environmental impact.

We won’t stop here; our next objectives are to install a solar panel system in Gambellara as well and to obtain ISO 14001 certification, which will help us manage the process of reducing emissions as effectively as possible.
