The polishing operation is normally done with a wool discs roller on crust leathers to open the leathers’ pores and remove the small superficial defects.

In final stage, there are different types of wool: discs rollers that can be used to increase the brilliancy of the leathers while keeping a soft touch, or the stone roller to give brilliancy and consistency to the leathers, or the cotton roller with wax applicator for the brush off effect.
